Hand-built for this kitchen. Fuelled with Holm Oak, one of the most premium smoking hardwoods available, hand-selected by Westgate Tree Services in Kent. Nothing is finished in an oven, nothing is held overnight, and nothing goes near a seed oil. Real smoke. Real fire.
